Other areas of focus are navigating complex trauma, managing a major life transition, coping with anxiety and/or depression, processing grief, improving communication, deepening intimate relationships, exploring potential life changes, addressing women’s issues, and more!

I take a relaxed approach—sometimes attending sessions in a hoodie from my couch with my dog, Ziggy, instead of my office. I want you to feel just as comfortable, so I invite you to bring whatever helps you stay calm—whether it’s fidget toys, pets, knitting supplies, or a weighted blanket.
